Leigh is an entrepreneur with international experience having lived and studied in Hong Kong, Singapore, Switzerland, Israel and the U.S. She has professional experience in public relations, private wealth management, and consulting gained at Hill & Knowlton, J.P. Morgan and McKinsey & Co., respectively. She is an active member of the venture investment arm of the Quantum Pacific Group, an international conglomerate of businesses in the Ofer family. She also serves on the advisory board of KickIn Nutrition, which provides a digital curriculum for nutrition and health in inner city schools.

Anisha believes in using smart business to build ventures that unlock respect for people and the planet. She combines her passion for impact-driven projects with her acumen in finance, start-up management and non-profit management. Anisha has worked with non-profits and social businesses around the world, including time spent living in Haiti, Belize and Tanzania. She is currently an associate at private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice and was previously an investment banker at Evercore. She is excited to use what she knows to tackle change-creation close to home in New York City.

Leanne is the founder of two Harlem based arts initiatives that increase community engagement with the arts and expand opportunities for underrepresented artists (Art In FLUX and FLUX Art Fair). As a result of her work in Harlem, in 2013 the Women’s Caucus for Art selected Stella for the President’s Award for Art and Activism, which identifies emerging or mid-career women in the arts whose lives and work foster community through art, education and social activism. In 2015, she was recognized for her work in Harlem as the “Trailblazer of the Year” at a benefit for the Harlem Hospital Center's Pediatric Department. Prior to launching Art In FLUX, Ms. Stella served as the Executive Director at Arts In Reach, an organization that empowers teen girls through the arts. She also has over 20 years combined experience producing large public events and benefit galas as President of Stella Show Management Company, Senior Regional Events Specialist at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and as an independent event consultant.
Randy Cameron, Farmer Randy
Director of Operations
Randy is certified in aquaponic farm management, system construction, bio-filtration, and water chemistry by the Buffalo State University Massachusetts Avenue Project. His hands-on experience includes working a greenhouse with the 25,000 gallon tilapia pound, and powering a 200-gallon system from a bio generator. Randy has partnered with New York City’s oldest gardening business, The Urban Garden Center, to bring aquaponics to New York City. Prior to joining Seed Street, he was Program Coordinator of the Corporate Workplace for The Children’s Aid Society and Program Director at Madison Square Boys & Girls Club.
